The R.B. Dwyer Group has five warehouses throughout the United States. The R.B. Dwyer Group maintains the highest production capacity of any domestic preform manufacturer. Customer specific warehousing programs are designed to supply processors and distributors who have multiple locations or shipping points.

What should I do if i have received a damaged order?

Please contact us at (877) 723-9937 and speak to our Customer Service team, we will be happy to replace your damaged products. If we used our carrier to have your order delivered, please let us know of the damages, provide us the signed receipt documentation that describes the dames and we will be happy to replace your products.

What is tamper evidence?

Tamper evident packaging products such as Flat Bands, Preforms or full body Shrink Sleeves provide the consumer with the visible security and comfort knowing that the product they are purchasing has not been tampered with
