In-House Preforming. R.B. Dwyer maintains the highest production capacity of any domestic preform manufacturer, keeping our lead times to a minimum and your production lines running. In addition, we have over 300 sets of tooling on the shelf to accommodate any size or shape container. New tooling can be developed in less than a week.

With the most extensive library of standard and custom tooling available, stock is either ready to ship, or can be produced in a matter of hours. Custom and unique shapes are an R.B. Dwyer specialty.

In-House Slitting. Our state of the art slitting department will provide short lead times and accurate slit rolls on time, every time.

Inspection of seamed rolls can be performed at our inspection machines to increase the quality of each roll. Our Karlville inspection machine makes winding and re-winding of rolls is an easy task.

In-House Cutting. With the capacity to cut lay flats from 18mm to 600mm, our machines can run 24/7 to accommodate short lead times for all your specialty item needs. 

Perforating is a slight die cut done during cutting, seaming or rewinding to allow easier removal of the cut band.  There are various types of perforation that can be done: single vertical perforation, double vertical perforation, horizontal perforation and tear tab perforation.

In-House Seaming. Part of our commitment to you is a continuous investment in the latest production technology. Our newest seamer runs finished widths up to 800mm and features a turret rewind system for increased capacity and the most accurate finished roll dimensions in the industry. By adding this machine to our existing wide web seamers, we have positioned ourselves at the forefront of domestic converters.

We maintain a substantial inventory of domestically produced PVC, PETG, and PLA substrates so short or long run orders can be produced on short notice.
